Lowongan Kerja Territory Sales Incharge (Tata Motor)

Dibutuhkan Territory Sales Incharge

Responsibilities:
• Truck sales in a particular territory covering a few dealership outlets.
• Responsible for delivering ABP (Annual Business Plan) sales targets for the dealerships under his responsibility.
• Able to handle dealership operations
• Build and Guide dealership team for truck sales. Training the dealership team on product and selling skills.
• Visit customer with dealership team.
• Key account management - Develop strong relationships with key accounts.
• Engage with leasing company BM or RM, bank BM or RM to -promote sales of Tata trucks.

Qualification:
• Minimum bachelor’s degree preferably with Engineering or Economics background
• Minimum years of experience: 7 – 9 years
• Must be from Automotive / Heavy earthmoving Industry – -Preferable with Truck sales back ground or Heavy Equipment sales
• Can be from OEM / Distributor / Big dealer group
• Have contacts with big fleet customers
• In-depth knowledge and experience in Indonesian automotive industry
• Technical Knowledge of Automotive
• Experience in Jakarta, Kalimantan, Sumatra and Sulawesi will be preferred.
• Excellent communicator, both spoken and written
• Good presentation skills
• Negotiation Skills. Knowledge of Finance / leasing
• In depth knowledge of mining / plantation Industry is an added advantage
• Willing to be regularly travelling around Indonesia
